Shipping Policy Overview: What You Need to Know

We know you’re excited to unbox the unexpected — and we’re just as pumped to send it your way. Here’s everything you need to know about how Wondura gets from our chaos corner to your doorstep:

📦 Processing Time

Once you place your order (yay!), we typically process and pack it within 3–5 business days.
We’re not Amazon Prime fast, but we are organized, efficient, and powered by caffeine.

Note: Mystery boxes are packed manually (with love) and may take a little longer during high-demand drops or waitlist launches.

🗺️ Shipping Time & Carriers

We currently ship across the U.S. using major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on what gets your box to you fastest and safest. Shipping time varies by location but usually falls between 3–7 business days once it leaves our hands.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your front porch) — and feel free to refresh that tracking page like it’s your job. 👀

🌎 International Shipping

Right now, Wondura ships within the United States only.
But don’t worry — world domination (aka international shipping) is definitely on our radar.

😬 Delays & Delivery Drama

Sometimes shipping gets a little weird — storms, holidays, or just pure postal chaos. If your order is taking longer than expected or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, email us at hello@wondura.co and we’ll help track it down.

📬 Address Issues

Make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout — once it’s out the door, we can’t reroute it. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll reach out to coordinate re-shipping (you may be responsible for additional postage).

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives looking like it got caught in a tornado, or doesn’t arrive at all, don’t panic. Just email us at hello@wondura.co with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll figure it out together.
